Chicken Prosciutto Pasta

Ingredients:

2 pkg chicken tenderloins
1 pkg prosciutto
1 cup of Chicken Stock
1 small sweet onion chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 pkg of cooked bow-tie pasta (seasoned to taste) 1 seasoned iron skillet

Directions:

In a hot iron skillet, on stove top – set to medium heat – place chicken tenderloins inside the pan.
Once the chicken is brown to your preference place skillet inside the oven for five minutes. (Oven should be set to 400 degrees (F)). (Continue until all chicken is cooked completely.)
Set chicken aside to rest and add in the chopped onion and prosciutto (sliced) and cook until onion is brown and prosciutto is cooked.
Slice tenderloins after letting rest for 3-5 minutes slice chicken to bite-size chunks and add into the prosciutto and onion.
Add chicken broth and butter and simmer until melted.
Add in alfredo sauce. (If using jarred sauce use two jars)
Simmer and add in milk.
Remove from heat and mix in the bowtie pasta
Serve with bread
