Just Like Stouffer’s Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups of macaroni elbow noodles
4 cups of whole milk
1 pound bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of softened butter

Directions

In a large pot bring to boil water with seasoning to taste and add macaroni noodles. When noodles are tender drain and set aside. Combine milk and butter in pot and stir rapidly. Slowly add shredded cheddar cheese and flour and keep stirring until melted. Add noodles and let simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
